If your Vision Pro is displaying the wrong strength for your Zeiss reading inserts, it could be due to a software bug or detection issue. Whether the device is misreading the strength or applying incorrect adjustments, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Solution1: Remove And Reinstall the Inserts
- Remove the Zeiss inserts carefully.
- Clean the inserts and attachment area.
- Reinsert them securely.
Solution2: Recalibrate the Lenses
- Open Settings > Accessibility > Vision Settings and check if there’s an option to adjust or recalibrate the lenses.
- If available, follow the on-screen instructions.
Solution 3: Remove and Re-add Your Prescription in Settings
If your prescription is stored in the device, try removing and re-entering it through Vision Pro settings.
If your Vision Pro continues to display the wrong lens strength after trying these steps, it may be a software issue or a misreading of the inserts. Ensure your device is updated, and if the problem persists, contact Apple Support or Zeiss for further assistance.
